Antonio joined the Cubs organization as a Minor League free agent on June 21, 2024 and pitched in 14 games (13 starts) for Double-A Tennessee...Went 9-4 with a 3.99 ERA (31 ER/70.0 IP) and 80 strikeouts for the Smokies...Struck out at least seven batters in seven of his 14 outings...Tossed seven scoreless innings with seven strikeouts in a 2-0 win over Chattanooga on Aug. 9.

2021

Pitched for Licey in the Dominican Winter League during the 2021-22 offseason...Posted a 1.00 ERA (one earned run/9.0 innings) in nine appearances...Was up with the Rockies for four stints on the active roster...Threw more than 1.0 inning in five of his seven outings...Appeared in a career-high 41 games, 34 of which came in the minors at Triple-A Albuquerque.
