Nick Allgeyer...Attended Vianney High School in Kirkwood, MO...Played three seasons at the University of Iowa from 2015-18 (missed 2017 after undergoing Tommy John surgery)...Went 5-4 with a 2.41 ERA (26 ER/97.0 IP) in 15 starts in his junior year...Lasted five innings in his first start of the season and then tossed at least six frames in each of his other 14 games...Is a huge St. Louis Blues fan and ignored his charting duties in the press box on June 12, 2019, so he could watch the Blues win Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final.

2021

Made his MLB debut July 2 vs. TB...Tossed a clean 9th inning, retiring all three batters he faced on 14 pitches (seven strikes)...Optioned on July 4...Appeared in 22 games (17 starts) for Triple-A Buffalo, pitching to a 5-5 record and a 5.34 ERA...Struck out 80 batters over 89.1 innings.

2020

With the Minor League season cancelled, spent the summer training and working out at Premier Pitching Performance in Wentzville, MO.

2019

Spent his entire 2019 season with Advanced-A Dunedin...Went 10-6 with a 3.95 ERA over 22 starts and one relief outing...Named a Mid-Season All-Star and was also tabbed an MiLB.com Organization All-Star at the end of the season.
