Named International League All-Star. Went 0-for-2 in the game...Had a 10-game hitting streak, 4/30-5/14 (.351 13-for-37) & 6/24-7/6 (.421, 16-for-38). Richmond's (AAA) longest hitting streaks of the season...Pitched 0.1 IP on 7/16 at SYR and allowed two runs on three hits and two walks...Hit .369 (31-for-84) with 11 RBI in June...Hit .335 with runners on, .339 with RISP and two outs and .300 with RISP...Drove in winning run in 12-inning win at BUF on 4/18...Hit .323 with 4 HR and 27 RBI for Leones in winter ball of 06/07. Played winter ball in '05/'06 with Leones de Caracas in Venezuela. Hit .303 with nine homers to help the eventual Caribbean Series champs win the Venezuelan League.

Spent second season with Ottawa...Drove in 13 runs during April, hitting .254 with four doubles and a homer...Had three hits, including two doubles, to go along with two RBI and two runs scored on 4/18 vs. Buffalo...On the disabled list 6/13-8/7 with an oblique strain; had rehabilitation assignment with Aberdeen 7/15-8/13...While with Aberdeen, he made one start on the mound, going 5.1 IP and allowing four hits and no earned runs in a loss 8/18 at HDV; it was his first pitching appearance since 7/23/00 at Richmond...Went 32-for-118 (.271) with four doubles, three HRs, and 12 RBI after coming off DL...Collected a hit in each of his last five games 9/2-6 (9-for-24, 2 2B, HR, 5 RBI)...Went 3-for-5 with a homer and four RBI on 9/4 vs. Buffalo.
