Made Twins Opening Day roster, the first of his career…Placed on 15-day disabled list April 16 with a left ankle stress reaction...transferred to the 60-day disabled list May 22...went on rehab assignment with GCL Twins, Single-A Ft. Myers and Triple-A Rochester July 29-August 5...taken off the disabled list August 15 after missing 106 Twins games and had option transferred to Triple-A Rochester…Hit safely in 10 of final 11 games for the Red Wings and recalled by Minnesota August 30.

Started season with Double-A New Britain and hit just .143 (5-for-35) in nine games before being promoted to Triple-A Rochester April 14. ... Hit safely in 15 of 20 games for Red Wings, including nine multi-hit games. ... Recalled by Twins May 10 when Danny Valencia was optioned. ... Went 2-for-4 with three RBI in second game for Twins, including first major league hit, a two-run single off Carlos Villanueva May 11 vs. Toronto. ... Had first career triple June 8 vs. Chicago-NL...hit first career double June 16 vs. Milwaukee. ... Hit first career home run, a solo shot off Will Ohman, June 27 vs. Chicago-AL. ... Had first career three-hit game and stole three bases July 5 at Detroit. ... Sidelined with a mallet finger on the middle finger of left hand, an injury he suffered sliding into a base September 18 at Cleveland. ... Finished with 21 stolen bases, tying him for second-most among AL rookies and tied for third-most among rookies in baseball. ... Started the season with Triple-A Las Vegas...transferred from Las Vegas to Double-A New Hampshire on several occasions during the season...Batted .405 (17-for-42) with four doubles, one triple and seven runs scored in 11 games in June...Recalled by Toronto, August 24 and made the start in center field that same night vs. Kansas City...went 0-for-2 and was optioned back to Las Vegas following the game...Batted .268 with 26 doubles, nine triples, three home runs and 34 stolen bases in 123 games between New Hampshire and Las Vegas...Stole his 200th career base in the minor leagues, September 3 vs. Salt Lake City.

2010

Spent the entire season in New Hampshire (AA) and was 1st in the Eastern League in stolen bases (46), T-1st in hits (158), 2nd in runs scored (104), OBP (.390), and walks (77)... Was selected to the Eastern League Mid-Season and Post-Season All-Star teams... LEADING THE ORGANIZATION: His 104 runs scored, 158 hits & 46 stolen bases led all Blue Jays minor league players in 2010... Set career highs in games played (132), at-bats (525), runs (101), doubles (25), triples (7), home runs (4) and walks (77)... Batted .357 in day games and .317 when leading off an inning... Batted over .300 in each of May, June and July, combining to post a .322 average... Batted .319 vs, left-handed pitchers and .295 vs. right-handed pitchers... Was added to the 40-man roster Nov. 19.

2009

Began the season with Dunedin (A) where he played 61 games and hit .325 in 61 games and was named an Organizational Star of the Month for April where he hit .333 (24-for-72) with 18 runs scored and 16 stolen bases in 19 games... Was named Florida State League Player of the Week from June 8-14 (.452, 11 runs, 5 RBI) and was named to the FSL Mid-Season All-Star Game... Was promoted to New Hampshire (AA) mid-season, went on to hit .271 in 70 games stealing 38 bases and was named Star of the Month in August hitting .314 with 16 runs scored and 22 stolen bases... Stole 70 bases over the 2009 season.

2008

Spent the entire season with Lansing (A) and hit .228 with three home runs, 25 RBI and 30 stolen bases... Made a full-time switch from second base to the outfield defensively.

2007

Made his professional debut with Auburn (A) of the New York-Penn league and hit .287 (66-for-230) with 20 stolen bases in 68 games... Was named an Organizational Star of the Month for August (.286, HR, 5RBI).
