Graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School, where he was named to the 2015 ABCA/Rawlings All-Region VII Team...Selected by New York (AL) in the eighth round of the 2015 MLB Draft out of Salpointe Catholic High School (Ariz.)...Acquired by Philadelphia along with Nick Nelson from New York (AL) in exchange for T.J. Rumfield and Joel Valdez on Nov. 19, 2021...Acquired by the Tigers along with Nick Maton and Matt Vierling from Philadelphia in exchange for Kody Clemens and Gregory Soto on Jan. 7, 2023.

2023

Completed his first season in the Tigers organization in 2023, playing in 89 games with Triple-A Toledo...Hit safely in 11 consecutive games from May 19-June 4, batting .390/.458/.488 with four doubles and five RBI...On the temporarily inactive list from Sept. 16-25.

2022

Spent most of the 2022 season with Triple A Lehigh Valley...also saw his first Major League action, appearing in three games with the Phillies... Named a Phillies Organization All-Star by MiLB.com... Started the season strong, hitting .333/.476/.462 with four doubles, a home run and 16 RBI in 25 games from April 5-May 7... Sidelined from May 8-June 26 with a left foot strain... Had a four-hit performance and scored a run on June 28 at Syracuse... On the injured list from Aug. 9-23... Made his Major League debut on Sept. 2 at San Francisco, entering as a pinch hitter and remaining in the game to catch the final 2.0 innings.

2021

Began the season with Somerset (AA) in the NYY organization...Slashed .264/.333/.528 in 39 night games compared to .220/.264/.260 in 13 day games...Promoted to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (AAA) on 7/16...Was on the IL from 9/28 through the remainder of the season (left thumb contusion)...Appeared in games at catcher, 1st base, 3rd base and designated hitter for SWB.

2020

Did not play.

2019

Spent entire season with Tampa (A)...Following the season, played for Surprise in the Arizona Fall League and had nine RBI in 16 games.

2018

Played for Tampa...Had three IL stints: 4/5-6/20 (left wrist fracture), 7/15-22 (left wrist contusion) and 8/5-29 (concussion)...Appeared in three minor league rehab games with Gulf Coast League Yankees (R).

2017

Spent majority of the season with Charleston (A)...Promoted to Tampa on 8/6 for remainder of the season...Slashed .306/.353/.484 in 17 games for Tampa...Following the season, was named an MiLB.com Organization All-Star.

2016

Converted to catcher after beginning his pro career at 3rd base...Committed just two errors in 182 total chances at catcher...Threw out six of 33 attempted base stealers.

2015

Began pro career with Gulf Coast League Yankees (R)...Hit .309 with a .405 OBP in 48 games and was named a GCL All-Star.
