Spent majority of season with Triple-A Norfolk in Baltimore system, leading Tides in games played (132), at-bats (491), hits (130), doubles (29), RBIs (56) and total bases(191)...Finished fifth in International League in at-bats and tied for fifth in games played...Over first 25 games, totaled 20 hits in 96 at-bats (.208)...Hit at .291 (87-for-299) clip in next 80 games...Hit season-best .322 (29-for-90) in 23 July games with 12 doubles, three home runs and 11 RBIs...In first game of season, went 1-for-3 with two runs scored, a home run and three RBIs...The three RBIs would mark a season high that was equaled five times...Recorded season-high four hits on May 8 at Louisville...Also tallied four hits on July 21 at Syracuse...Recalled by Baltimore on July 5 and made Major League debut on July 7 at Angels, going 0-for-3...In two separate stints with Orioles, went 0-for-4 in two games.

Won Carolina League Player of the Week honors, June 21-27, when he hit .389 with two home runs and seven RBI ... Promoted to Bowie on June 9 and spent the remainder of the season with the Baysox ... Named the Orioles Organizational Hitter of the Month for July, when he hit .392 in 21 games with Bowie and hit five doubles, a triple, seven home runs and 18 RBI ... Won Eastern League Player of the Week honors, July 19-25, when he hit .556 with two doubles, five home runs and nine RBI.

2009

Led the Shorebirds in runs scored (62) and finished second in triples (7) and slugging percentage (.410)...Set a new career-high with six RBI and matched a career-best with four hits April 12 at Lakewood...Had a career-long ten game hitting streak from July 8-19, during which he hit .342 (13-38), hit two home runs, had five RBI and scored seven runs.

2008

Went on a 15-game tear from June 6-26, during which he hit .339 (19-56) and drove in 13 runs for Delmarva.

2007

Batted .269 and led the IronBirds with 9 home runs in 65 games...Hit .304 (48-158) with an .851 OPS (.364/.487), 16 extra-base hits, 23 runs scored and 27 RBI in 42 games before the All-Star break.
