Hit .277 (91-328) with 22 doubles, three home runs and 39 RBI with Class AAA Indianapolis, his first season in the Pittsburgh organization ... made 82 appearances at shortstop, 22 at second base and one in left field ... posted a .977 fielding percentage at shortstop (8 E) and a 1.000 mark at second (90 TC) ... hit .339 (57-168) with all three home runs at home, compared to .213 (34-160) on the road ... went 74-246 (.301) vs. right-handers and 17-82 (.207) vs. lefties ... batted .400 (10-25) with eight RBI in his first eight games ... hit .310 in May, .219 in June and .351 in July ... went 4-4 with three doubles, three runs scored and one RBI on 7/19 vs. Syracuse ... homered in back-to-back games on 8/18 vs. Durham and 8/19 at Scranton-Wilkes Barre ... average was .290 on 8/22, but then was 4-28 (.143) over his final nine contests.
