Made the Rockies Opening Day roster for the first time in his career after making 57 appearances with the Rockies in his rookie 2009 campaign...Was optioned to Triple-A when Jeff Francis was reinstated from the disabled list, 5/16...was later placed on the disabled list on 6/16 with right shoulder inflammation...transferred to the 60-day disabled list
8/3...made two rehab appearances at Triple-A before being reinstated from 60-day disabled list on 9/6...Tossed a career-high 2.1 innings 5/28 vs. ARI...in that same outing threw a career-high 40 pitches...Allowed just three of his 13 inherited runners to score this season (23.1 %)...also tallied six holds and finished
