In 1st season in BOS organization, made his big league debut and appeared in 37 games over 4 stints with the Sox...Also played in 100 games with Triple-A Pawtucket and earned International League MVP honors, the 7th PawSox to receive the honor. With the Sox, played 16 games at 1st base (13 GS), 9 games at 3rd base (6 GS), and 7 at DH (4 GS). Went 2-for-3 (.667) with 3 RBI with the bases loaded...Hit .423 with RISP (11-for-26), the 2nd-best mark in the majors among batters with at least 25 PA in those situations (ARI's Willie Bloomquist, .435)...Tallied a .405 clip (17-for-42) with runners on, tops in the ML among players with at least 40 PA with runners on. Spent the season at High-A Bakersfield...Appeared in 80 games, including just 21 tilts after 6/20...Had multiple hits in 4 of 5 games from 5/7-11, going 8-for-23 (.348) in that time...Played 67 games at first base, 2 at third base and 11 as DH.

2007

Played an entire season with Single-A Clinton, finishing among Midwest League leaders in homers (3rd, 21), total bases (5th, 221) and times hit by a pitch (1st, 18)...Named Rangers Player of the Month for July after batting .359 (37-for-103) with a league-leading 12 homers and 31 RBI...His 12 July homers tied for the most among all minor leaguers...Had 3 multi-homer efforts in a 13-game stretch from 7/18-31...Topped the LumberKings in homers, runs (72), ranked 2nd in RBI (74) and 3rd in doubles (28)...Named ML's Batter of the Week for 7/16-22, hitting 5 homers with 9 RBI and a 12-for-30 (.400) in that stretch.

2006

Combined to bat .284 (73-for-257) with 17 doubles, 7 homers and 39 RBI over 70 games between Bakersfield and the Rookie-level Arizona League...Started the season at Bakersfield and batted .280 (14-for-50) with 3 doubles and 9 RBI over 13 games before landing on the DL on 5/10... Played an 11-game rehab stint with the AZL Rangers from 6/22-7/4, with hits in 10 of those contests, and was reinstated on 7/6...Finished the year in 46 games for the Blaze.

2005

Limited to 4 games in the AZL due to injury...Did not appear in a game after 6/26 after an injury...3 of his 5 hits went for extra bases (2 doubles, homer).

2004

Spent the entire season with the AZL Rangers...Appeared exclusively at third base...Began season with a .303 clip (23-for-76), 7 doubles, 2 triples, a HR and 10 RBI in 20 games over June and July.
