Graduated from Coral Springs (Fla.) Charter School in 2015. Attended Eastern Florida State College, the same college former Giant s manager Bruce Bochy attended. The EFSC baseball team plays its games at Bruce Bochy Field.

2023

Spent the entire season with Triple-A Rochester in the Nationals organization, going 5-7 with a 5.44 ERA, 82 strikeouts and a 1.68 WHIP in 87.2 innings (36 games/10 starts). Went 1-0 with a 3.07 ERA (5er, 14.2ip) with 12 strikeouts and a .196 opposing batting average in six May games. Was in Major League camp with the Nationals during Spring Training...struck out three batters in 2.0 total innings during Spring Training before being assigned to Triple-A.

2022

Combined to go 9-6 with a 3.24 ERA in 29 Minor League games (15 starts) between Tampa and Washington’s systems...Made his Major League debut with Tampa Bay on April 12 vs. Oakland...Struck out Sean Murphy for his first Major League strikeout... Made one start for Washington Oct. 10 vs. Philadelphia.

2021

Earned a July 20 promotion from Double-A Montgomery to Triple-A Durham…recorded a career-high 145 SO and went 8-2 with a 2.61 ERA (110.1-IP, 32-ER) in 23 apps (21 starts) between the two levels... Ranked second among Rays minor leaguers in strikeouts, one shy of Tobias Myers (146)…ranked second in innings and tied for 3rd in wins... Was on Montgomery’s injured list from May 13-25 with a left oblique strain. ® Ranked by Baseball America as the No. 21 prospect in the Rays system following the season… the publication also tabbed him as having the Best Control in the organization.

2020

Went 1-0 with a 3.18 ERA in three starts for the Criollos de Caguas in the Puerto Rican Winter League...Made one start in the Caribbean Series.

2019

Led the organization with a career-high 13 wins.

2018

Spent the season in the Midwest League, beginning Clinton in the Mariners system and finishing with Bowling Green in the Rays system…Tied for the league lead with 11 wins and a .238 opponents’ average...Also ranked second in ERA (2.95) and fourth in strikeouts (131).

2017

Tied for second in the Arizona League with five wins and tied for ninth with 51 strikeouts.
