When can I upgrade my tickets?

Upgrades will be available 2 hours prior to first pitch and conclude in the 5th inning. If you are not able to upgrade, either there is no inventory available or upgrades are not available yet.

Why can't I select tickets to upgrade?

You are required to already have tickets to the game in order to upgrade your tickets.

When will my upgrade request be accepted?

Once submitted, you'll know instantly whether your upgrade request was accepted or not. If accepted, you'll be charged and your upgraded tickets will appear in Ballpark app.

Will my original ticket purchase be refunded?

No, an upgrade purchase takes into account the value of your current tickets before they are upgraded. No refunds will be provided.

Are there any fees?

No, there are no additional fees to upgrade your tickets.

Am I guaranteed to get tickets?

Upgrades are not guaranteed to be accepted. We recommend offering an amount within our suggested range to increase your chances of getting your tickets upgraded.

What will my seating location be?

You'll be asked to choose a seating zone that you'd like to upgrade your tickets to. If your upgrade offer is accepted, your tickets are guaranteed to be within your selected seating zone. The higher your offer amount, the better your seats will be within that zone.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged for your upgrade once it's accepted. If your upgrade is not accepted, you will not be charged. Note that a pre-authorization may be placed on your card upon upgrade offer submission. If not accepted, the charge will be removed within 7 days.

Can I modify or cancel my upgrade request?

No, once you submit your upgrade request, we immediately begin searching for new tickets for you. If a match is not found, then your request is automatically canceled.

How do I access my tickets?

Tickets are delivered via Ballpark app. Once your upgrade request is accepted, you'll receive an email notification and may navigate to the Ballpark app to find your tickets. Please ensure that you're submitting your upgrade offer with the same email address as your Ballpark account to ensure accurate delivery. Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets.

Can I share my tickets with someone else?

No, upgraded tickets cannot be transferred. They will remain on the Ballpark app account of the user who upgrades the tickets.

What is your refund policy?

All upgrade sales are final and you may not receive a refund.
