Astros Foundation to Host Diamond Dreams Gala Featuring James Taylor on Jan. 22

HOUSTON, TX - The Astros Foundation is hosting the Diamond Dreams Gala featuring legendary singer and songwriter James Taylor on the field of Minute Maid Park on Friday, Jan. 22. The charitable event will benefit the Astros Foundation as well as New Hope Housing, an organization combatting homelessness by providing housing and support services for those in need.

HOUSTON, TX - The Astros Foundation is hosting the Diamond Dreams Gala featuring legendary singer and songwriter James Taylor on the field of Minute Maid Park on Friday, Jan. 22. The charitable event will benefit the Astros Foundation as well as New Hope Housing, an organization combatting homelessness by providing housing and support services for those in need.
The Diamond Dreams Gala will serve as the grand finale to the Astros 2016 Caravan, an annual community outreach tour traveling throughout Houston and central and south Texas. Several Astros executives and players are scheduled to attend the Gala event, including 2015 Gold Glove and Silver Slugger Award winner Jose Altuve, pitcher Mike Fiers, pitcher Ken Giles and manager A.J. Hinch.
