White Sox launch 2016 ticket sales with series of fan events

To launch individual game tickets going on sale this Friday at 10 a.m., the Chicago White Sox will hold the annual White Sox Ticket Tour, a 12-location tour that includes several Chicagoland Beggars Pizza and Hooters locations as well as The Big Hurt Brewhouse. White Sox front office staff will be joined by various special guests and the Mazda Pride Crew to give away tickets to the April 8 home opener, Sox merchandise and autographed items.

To launch individual game tickets going on sale this Friday at 10 a.m., the Chicago White Sox will hold the annual White Sox Ticket Tour, a 12-location tour that includes several Chicagoland Beggars Pizza and Hooters locations as well as The Big Hurt Brewhouse. White Sox front office staff will be joined by various special guests and the Mazda Pride Crew to give away tickets to the April 8 home opener, Sox merchandise and autographed items. 
 
Each location provides fans with a unique experience, including the opportunity to take photos with the 2005 World Series trophy at Beggars Pizza in Blue Island (Kedzie), Illinois. The White Sox Ticket Tour will visit three additional Beggars Pizza and seven Hooters locations throughout the Chicagoland area on Thursday, March 3 between 6-8 p.m.

Individual game tickets to 2016 Chicago White Sox home games at U.S. Cellular Field go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 4 at 10 a.m. on whitesox.com, at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office or by calling (866) SOX-GAME. Beginning March 4, the ticket office will be open seven days a week. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
 
The Ticket Tour will take place after the White Sox first Cactus League play vs. the Los Angeles Dodgers at 2:05 p.m. (CT). The game will be broadcast on WLS AM 890, the team's new flagship radio station, as well as webcast at whitesox.com.
