Collmenter, 30, made 3 rehab appearances (2 starts) with Triple-A Reno and posted a 1.23 ERA (1 ER in 7.1 IP). He also made 3 starts with Single-A Adv. Visalia. Collmenter, who ranked ninth in the NL with a 1.89 relief ERA in 2015, was placed on the disabled list on April 2.
Bracho, 23, was 0-1 with 10 saves and a 4.26 ERA (9 ER in 19.0 IP) in 18 games with the Aces this season. He has pitched in 2 games with Arizona in 2016 (3 ER in 1.2) over 2 stints.
Leone, 24, appeared in 16 games with Reno this season and went 2-0 with a 2.12 ERA (4 ER in 17.0 IP). He pitched in back-to-back games with the D-backs on April 26-27 vs. Cardinals, and upon his return to the Aces, posted a 0.90 ERA (1 ER in 10.0 IP) in 10 outings prior to today's promotion.
O'Brien, 25, will be making his 2016 debut with Arizona. He was hitting .306 (53-for-173) with 9 doubles, 12 home runs and 32 RBI in 42 games with the Aces this season. At the time of his promotion, O'Brien ranked among the Pacific Coast League leaders in home runs (3rd), RBI (T-8th) and slugging percentage (4th, .301).
De La Rosa, 27, suffered the loss in his last start on May 25 @ Pirates (5 ER in 4.1 IP). In his 6 prior outings (5 starts), he was 4-1 with a 1.87 ERA (7 ER in 33.2 IP).
Miller, 25, initially suffered his finger injury on April 16 @ Padres and was removed from that start after only 1.2 innings. He had allowed 3 runs or less in 6 of 8 starts before being placed on the disabled list for the first time in his career.
Chafin, 25, has appeared in a team-leading 23 games with the D-backs this season, and has gone 0-1 with 4 holds and a 9.00 ERA (17 ER in 17.0 IP).
Marshall, 26, was 0-1 with 1 hold and a 6.92 ERA (10 ER in 13.0 IP) in 12 games over 2 stints with Arizona in 2016.
