OAKLAND -- The A's raised $112,245 during Sunday's 18th annual Breast Cancer Awareness Day, with proceeds from the event benefiting the American Cancer Society and the Cancer Prevention Institute of California.
More than $1.5 million has now been raised by the A's for breast cancer research, education, advocacy and free services.
