Welcome to DraftKings fantasy baseball, the Official Daily Fantasy Game of Major League Baseball.

The players listed below could provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Tuesday.

Paul Goldschmidt: With a lifetime .336/.438/.601 slash line against left-handers, the first baseman has proven to wield a potent bat during those matchups. Goldschmidt could produce a game-changing DraftKings total when he bats in his hitter-friendly home park against southpaw Christian Friedrich (career 5.38 ERA, 1.58 WHIP) and a Padres bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.61 ERA.

:: Fred Zinkie's Daily Picks ::

Welington Castillo: Among the most powerful players at his premium position, the catcher could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he takes his lifetime .881 OPS against left-handers (.690 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Friedrich (4.39 FIP, 1.54 WHIP in 2016) and a shaky Padres relief corps.

Yasmany Tomas: Having produced a lifetime .897 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .668 mark vs. righties, the second-year outfielder could display his power when he bats in his homer-happy home park against the lefty Friedrich.

Michael Saunders: Hitting .294 with 15 homers across 279 at-bats, the outfielder has been a notable contributor to many 2016 DraftKings squads. Saunders could put a ball into the outfield seats in his offense-inducing home park when he faces Royals fly-ball-prone righty Chris Young (6.24 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, 3.4 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Edwin Encarnacion: Since the outset of 2012, the first baseman has posted a .273/.364/.546 slash line against right-handers and a .275/.373/.562 slash line in his hitter-friendly home park. Encarnacion -- who has hit .314 with 12 homers and 36 RBIs across 102 at-bats since June 1 -- could have a terrific game when he bats at home against the homer-prone righty Young (career 1.3 HR/9 rate).

Corey Dickerson: Hitting .215 this season, the outfielder could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he brings his impressive lifetime .892 OPS against right-handers (.647 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Angels righty Tim Lincecum (4.72 ERA, 1.41 WHIP since the outset of 2012).

Eric Hosmer: Since the outset of 2015, the first baseman has posted a difference-making .313/.384/.493 slash line against right-handers. From the heart of the lineup, Hosmer could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he vacates his pitcher-friendly home park against righty R.A. Dickey (4.21 ERA, 1.7 HR/9 rate in 2016) in homer-happy Rogers Centre.

Mookie Betts: With 17 homers, 13 steals, 55 RBIs and 70 runs across 385 plate appearances, the outfielder has been one of the most productive players in baseball this season. Hitting atop a lineup that leads the Majors in runs scored (451) and OPS vs. righties (.838), Betts could produce a notable DraftKings total at the expense of fly-ball-prone righty A.J. Griffin (career 1.4 HR/9 rate) and a Rangers bullpen that ranks 28th in baseball with a 4.92 ERA.

David Ortiz: With a lifetime .295/.398/.585 slash line against right-handers, the slugger has proven to be one of the best in baseball during those matchups. Ortiz could add to his impressive 2016 totals of 19 homers and 65 RBIs across 269 at-bats when he faces the right-handed Griffin and an unreliable Rangers relief corps.

Freddie Freeman: The first baseman could excel when he vacates his offense-suppressing home park and brings his lifetime .883 OPS against right-handers (.749 vs. lefties) into a matchup with rookie righty Zach Eflin (5.75 ERA, 1.38 WHIP) at hitter-friendly Citizens Bank Park.

Danny Valencia: With an overall .308/.358/.500 slash line, the third baseman has made a major impact in many 2016 DraftKings contests. Valencia could have a great game when he takes his lifetime .881 OPS against left-handers (.680 vs. righties) into a matchup with southpaw Tommy Milone (career 4.07 ERA, 1.32 WHIP) and a Twins relief corps that ranks 25th in baseball with a 4.46 ERA.

Marcus Semien: Having compiled 17 homers across 282 at-bats, the shortstop has been one of the most powerful players at his premium position this season. Semien could post a notable DraftKings total when he brings his lifetime .864 OPS against left-handers (.660 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Milone (6.23 ERA, 1.68 WHIP in 2016) and a Twins squad that ranks last in baseball with a .662 defensive efficiency ratio.

Jed Lowrie: As a big leaguer, the second baseman has logged a .776 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .717 mark vs. righties. Lowrie could provide cost-effective production at a premium position when he faces the southpaw Milone and an unreliable Twins bullpen.

Odubel Herrera: With a 43-to-60 walk-to-strikeout ratio, the outfielder has shown notable improvements with his plate skills this season. Herrera could produce in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime .825 OPS against right-handers (.671 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Mike Foltynewicz, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Herrera to post a .989 OPS (.761 OPS allowed to righty batters).

John Lackey: The right-hander could compile six-plus effective innings when he works at home against a Reds lineup that ranks 26th in baseball in OPS vs. righties (.694) and 28th in OPS on the road (.681). Also working in Lackey's favor: He will work in front of a Cubs squad that leads the Majors with a .729 defensive efficiency ratio.

Masahiro Tanaka: With a lifetime 3.21 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP, the right-hander has the skills to spin a gem when he tangles with a White Sox lineup that ranks 23rd in the Majors with a .709 OPS against righties. Once he leaves the game, Tanaka's chances of securing a win may be enhanced by handing the ball off to a dominant trio of relievers -- Dellin Betances, Andrew Miller and Aroldis Chapman.

Zack Godley: With a solid lifetime 3.45 ERA, the right-hander could serve as a cost-effective second starter in DraftKings contests when he faces a Padres lineup that ranks 29th in the Majors with a .659 OPS against righties. Godley could pick up a win if his supporting cast improves on its impressive .835 OPS against left-handers at the expense of Friedrich.
