"It's pretty obvious from the numbers that he's putting up and the type of player that he is, how huge he is to our team," Aaron Judge said. "I think he's an All-Star in every form, on and off the field. Great guy. Great competitor. Great teammate. And he puts up the numbers. So vote for 'Sir Didi.'"

The 27-year-old Gregorius, who went 0-for-2 with a pair of walks and a run scored in Monday's 6-3 Yankees win over the Blue Jays, entered Monday batting .310/.333/.489 with 11 doubles, 10 home runs and 36 RBIs in 57 games, having missed the first month of the season while he recovered from a right shoulder strain. He is hitting .327 (17-for-52) against left-handed pitching.

"Both defensively and offensively, he's a guy that has helped our team to put us where we are now," Dellin Betances said. "I think he's very deserving. We've got to do the best we can to vote for Didi."

Gregorius hopes to become the sixth Yankees All-Star heading to Miami, joining Betances, Starlin Castro, Judge, Gary Sanchez and Luis Severino.

"You look at the production we've gotten from him this season, I think he's an All-Star," manager Joe Girardi said. "The thing is, there's a lot of places that Didi's been and a lot of languages that he speaks. So we can vote in Dutch, we can vote in Spanish, and Papiamentu and English. Vote any way you can, but just vote for Didi."

The Yankees have partnered with the Rockies, whose Final Vote candidate is slugger Mark Reynolds, and Gregorius is giving Reynolds an honorary emoji (the mountains). The Yankees on Demand crew is also working on a special video with several of Gregorius' Yankees teammates that should be released in the near future.
