D-backs reinstate J.J. Hoover from the 10-day disabled list; place Randall Delgado on the 10-day disabled list

The Arizona Diamondbacks reinstated RHP J.J. Hoover from the 10-day disabled list (right shoulder inflammation) and placed RHP Randall Delgado (right elbow inflammation) on the 10-day disabled list.
 
Hoover, 29, is 1-0 with a 4.18 ERA (11 ER in 23.2 IP) and 36 strikeouts against 17 walks in 31 games for the D-backs this season. He made 2 rehab appearances with the Rookie-Level AZL D-backs and Single-A Kane County, allowing 1 run in 2.0 innings.
 
Delgado, 27, has gone 1-2 with 1 save, a 3.59 ERA (25 ER in 62.2 IP) and 60 strikeouts against 14 walks in 26 games this season.
