Jung Ho Kang: Hitting out of the cleanup spot, the third baseman -- who has hit six homers across 65 at-bats this season -- could display his power when he brings his balanced career splits into a matchup with the fly-ball-prone Weaver (1.5 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015).
Danny Espinosa: Hitting .200 this season, the shortstop could have a reduced DraftKings price tag when he brings his solid lifetime .781 OPS against left-handers (.657 vs. righties) into a matchup at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park against Reds southpaw Brandon Finnegan (4.14 ERA, 1.38 WHIP in 2016).
Jayson Werth: Expected to hit out of a premium lineup spot, the outfielder could display his power or reach base several times when he takes his lifetime .931 OPS against southpaws (.784 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Finnegan (career 4.76 FIP). Werth could also thrive late in the game against a Reds relief corps that ranks last in the Majors with a 6.69 ERA.
Michael Conforto: The second-year outfielder has posted lopsided splits, with a .914 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .313 mark vs. lefties. Conforto could drive in multiple runs when he tangles with Marlins righty Tom Koehler (career 4.14 ERA, 1.37WHIP).
Neil Walker: With 13 homers across 180 at-bats, the second baseman has been one of the most powerful players at his premium position this season. Walker could excel when he brings his lifetime .800 OPS against right-handers (.684 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Koehler (4.50 ERA, 1.65 WHIP in 2016).
Corey Dickerson: Hitting .204 this season, the outfielder could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he brings his impressive lifetime .916 OPS against right-handers (.617 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Twins righty Ricky Nolasco (5.56 ERA, 1.49 WHIP since the outset of 2014). Also of note: Dickerson will attempt to put balls into play against a Twins squad that ranks last in the Majors with a .660 defensive efficiency ratio.
David Ortiz: In his legendary career, the slugger has posted an impressive .294/.397/.583 slash line against right-handers. Ortiz -- who is hitting .339 with 15 homers and 48 RBIs across 180 at-bats this season -- will be poised to display his power when he faces right-hander R.A. Dickey, who has posted a 4.01 ERA and a 1.2HR/9 rate since joining the Blue Jays at the outset of 2013.
Travis Shaw: The third baseman will be in prime position to improve his lifetime .283/.353/.485 slash line against right-handers when he tangles with the right-handed Dickey (4.64 ERA, 1.32 WHIP in 2016). Shaw may be part of a productive lineup Friday, as the Red Sox lead the Majors in runs scored (317) and OPS vs. righties (.853).
Ian Kinsler: From his perch atop the lineup, the second baseman could reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .886 OPS against left-handers (.763 vs. righties) into a matchup with southpaw Carlos Rodon (4.24 ERA, 1.48 WHIP in 2016). In his career, Rodon has allowed right-handed hitters such as Kinsler to post an .803 OPS (.531 OPS allowed to lefty batters). Kinsler could also swipe a base Friday, as White Sox catchers Dioner Navarro and Alex Avila have combined to throw out six of 35 would-be basestealers in 2016.
Jose Iglesias: The right-handed-hitting shortstop could provide cost-effective production at a premium position when he brings his lifetime .758 OPS against left-handers (.640 vs. righties) into a matchup with Rodon (career 1.45 WHIP). Iglesias could be part of a Tigers stack -- including Kinsler, Castellanos and outfielder J.D. Martinez -- against the lefty hurler.
Kenta Maeda: With a 3.00 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP, the first-year right-hander is off to a solid start in the Majors. Maeda could post an impressive total in DraftKings contests when he works at home against a Braves lineup that ranks last in the Majors in OPS against righties (.626) and total home runs (22).
Danny Salazar: With a 3.19 ERA, a 1.13 WHIP and a 9.8 K/9 rate since the outset of 2015, the right-hander has the skills to handle a Royals lineup that ranks last in the American League with 44 long balls and will operate without injured regulars Alex Gordon and Mike Moustakas.
Francisco Liriano: Having produced a 4.63 ERA and a 1.49 WHIP this season, the left-hander could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against an Angels lineup that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .656 OPS against southpaws.
Jimmy Nelson: With a 2.88 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP, the right-hander has emerged as the Brewers' most reliable starter this season. Nelson could have a stellar start when he faces a Phillies lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .655 OPS against righties.
