DJ LeMahieu: With a .410/.494/.561 slash line since Aug. 1, the second baseman will bring a red-hot bat and balanced lifetime splits into a matchup with De La Rosa and a D-backs squad that ranks 29th in the Majors with a .663 defensive efficiency ratio.
Jake Lamb: In his breakout 2016 season, the third baseman has registered a .940 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .625 mark vs. lefties. Lamb could display his power when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against rookie righty Jeff Hoffman (5.60 ERA, 1.81 WHIP) and a Rockies relief corps that ranks 29th in the Majors with a 5.05 defensive efficiency ratio.
Jean Segura: Hitting .309 with 83 runs and 30 steals across 611 plate appearances, the second baseman has been one of the most productive players at his premium position this season. Segura could improve on his .846 OPS this year against right-handers (.711 vs. lefties) when he faces the inexperienced righty Hoffman (17 2/3 innings) and a Rockies squad that ranks 28th in baseball with a .674 defensive efficiency ratio.
Miguel Cabrera: With a lifetime .321/.388/.561 slash line against right-handers, the first baseman has proved to be one of the best during those matchups. Cabrera could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he faces righty Tyler Duffey (career 5.15 ERA, 1.43 WHIP) and a Twins bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.63 ERA.
Scooter Gennett: The second baseman owns lopsided lifetime splits, with a 107 wRC+ against right-handers in comparison to a 26 mark vs. lefties. Gennett could excel in a matchup at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park against rookie righty Tim Adleman (5.90 FIP, 1.32 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks 28th in baseball with a 4.90 ERA.

Kirk Nieuwenhuis: With 13 homers and eight steals across 385 plate appearances, the outfielder has the diverse skill set to contribute in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime 103 wRC+ against right-handers (37 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Adleman. Nieuwenhuis could also steal a base against Tucker Barnhart, who has allowed more steals than all but two catchers this season.
Gregory Polanco: The outfielder could reach base often or display his power when he brings his lifetime .329 wOBA against right-handers (.262 vs. lefties) into a matchup with rookie righty Jake Thompson (6.05 ERA, 1.47 WHIP) and a Phillies bullpen that ranks 25th in baseball with a 4.45 ERA. With 21 homers, 82 RBIs and 12 steals across 529 plate appearances this season, Polanco has proved that he can contribute to DraftKings squads in multiple ways.
Denard Span: With a lifetime .758 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .699 mark vs. lefties, the outfielder has the plate skills to reach base often against rookie righty Luis Perdomo (5.89 ERA, 1.68 WHIP) and a Padres bullpen that ranks 24th in baseball with a 4.28 ERA. Span could also swipe a base against Derek Norris, who has allowed more steals than all but one catcher this season.
Corey Seager: With 25 homers, 95 runs and a .319 batting average across 609 plate appearances, the shortstop is putting the finishing touches on a memorable rookie season. Seager could improve on his impressive lifetime .344/.403/.578 slash line against right-handers when he bats at homer-happy Yankee Stadium against righty Michael Pineda (5.07 ERA, 1.4 HR/9 rate in 2016).
Adrián González: Hitting .291 with 79 RBIs across 512 at-bats, the first baseman continues to be one of the most reliable hitters in baseball. From the heart of the lineup, Gonzalez could drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .226 ISO against right-handers (.153 vs. lefties) into a matchup against the right-handed Pineda at New York's offense-inducing venue.
Tanner Roark: With a 2.85 ERA, the right-hander is coming down the stretch on an excellent bounceback season. Roark could continue his fine campaign when he works at home against a Mets lineup that ranks 24th in the Majors with a .715 OPS against righties.

Clayton Kershaw: With a 1.91 ERA and a 0.86 WHIP since the outset of 2013, the left-hander is considered to be the most effective pitcher in baseball. Kershaw could spin a gem when he faces a Yankees lineup that ranks 25th in the Majors with a .698 OPS against southpaws.
José Fernández: Having produced a 2.58 ERA and an 11.3 K/9 rate in his career, the right-hander has the skills to post a substantial DraftKings total when he works at pitcher-friendly Turner Field against a Braves lineup that ranks 26th in baseball in OPS vs. righties (.712) and last in total home runs (105).
Yordano Ventura: With a 2.88 ERA across his past nine starts, the right-hander is back on track after an inconsistent beginning to the season. Ventura could deliver a stellar start when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against an A's lineup that ranks 28th in baseball with a .700 OPS against righties.
