The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin has received an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance.

The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin has received an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2 (GHRP-2), a performance-enhancing substance, in violation of Major League Baseball's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
The suspension of Ravin is effective immediately.
