SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- After trading zeros deep into the night, it looked like the Indians would finally bring an end to what developed into the longest regular-season game in Hiram Bithorn Stadium history. Then, facing Matt Belisle in the home half, Miguel Sano responded with a no-doubt blast into the left-field seats, causing an eruption from the Puerto Rican crowd.

The game came to an end in the 16th inning, when Ryan LaMarre singled with the bases loaded and no outs to drive in Eddie Rosario for a 2-1 Twins victory.
