The Draft continues Friday with Rounds 3-10. The MLB.com preview show begins at 9:30 a.m. PT, with exclusive coverage of Rounds 3-10 beginning at 10 a.m. PT.

• 6th overall: A.J. Puk
• 37th overall: Daulton Jefferies

The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Shore is 11-0 on the season with a 2.44 ERA for Florida, tallying 80 strikeouts next to 15 walks in 92 1/3 innings while earning Southeastern Conference Pitcher of the Year honors.

He looks to extend a school-record 16-game winning streak in the NCAA Super Regionals against Florida State this weekend.

"He can just really pitch; he's extremely competitive," A's scouting director Eric Kubota said. "He's very advanced as far as knowing how to use what he has. It's not a sexy look at times because he pitches kind of 88-92 mph, but we have seen him throw up to 94 in the past, so we think a lot of it is style.

"He's just content using his two-seamer and taking the ball and getting outs, which he has done for three years."
