Here's a look at top prospects to watch in today's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch: Edwin Rios (Dodgers' No. 22), Tulsa at Springfield (8:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Rios has been an extra-base machine for Double-A Tulsa this season, tallying 16 extra-base hits -- six home runs and 10 doubles -- in 28 games. What's more, the 23-year-old third baseman, the Dodgers' sixth-round Draft pick in 2015, is batting a robust .361/.388/.620 and ranks among the Texas League leaders in RBIs (27) and total bases (67).

Pitcher to watch: Andrew Moore (Mariners' No. 4), Tacoma vs. New Orleans (9:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Moore, 22, will be making his Triple-A debut when he takes the mound for Tacoma on Tuesday night. The right-hander earned the promotion after posting a 2.08 ERA with a 1.07 WHIP and a 33-to-9 strikeout-to-walk ratio over 34 2/3 innings (five starts/six appearances) for Double-A Arkansas in the Texas League.

Duel of the day: Grant Holmes (A's No. 3) vs. Ariel Jurado (Rangers' No. 3), Midland vs. Frisco (7:30 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Holmes, ranked 77th on MLB Pipeline's Top 100 Prospects list, was at his best in his last outing for Double-A Midland -- a four-inning relief appearance during which he allowed one hit and one walk with six strikeouts. After a rough start to his season, the 21-year-old right-hander has pitched to a 0.96 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 9 1/3 innings across his past three appearances.

Jurado will look to build off of his May 4 start, when he scattered four hits over six scoreless innings in a no-decision for Frisco. Though he's struggled overall, going 1-3 with a 5.23 ERA in 32 2/3 frames (six starts), the 21-year-old righty remains one of the better pitching prospects in the Rangers' system.
