Friars-Phils rained out Saturday; twin bill Sunday

PHILADELPHIA -- Saturday's game between the Phillies and Padres was rained out and rescheduled. It will be played Sunday as part of a split-admission doubleheader, with the makeup game scheduled for a 3:05 p.m. PT first pitch.

Sunday's regularly scheduled game will be moved from 10:35 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. Tyson Ross will take the mound for the Padres and face Phillies right hander Nick Pivetta.
