Cole Tucker couldn't come up with the single he needed in his final at-bat to complete his cycle for Class A Advanced Bradenton on Friday night. The Pirates' No. 5 prospect did, however, connect on his second home run of the game, capping a four-hit performance that included a career-high seven RBIs as the Marauders blew out Palm Beach, 20-2.
Tucker, 20, went 4-for-6 out of the leadoff spot, tallying four extra-base hits en route to 13 total bases in what was his fourth multi-hit effort in his last five games. His average improved to .285 from .267 in the process, while his RBI total jumped to 16.
After making outs in his first two at-bats, Tucker, batting for the second time in the bottom of the fourth inning, delivered a three-run double to put Bradenton ahead, 8-0.

The switch-hitting shortstop extended his club's lead in the sixth inning with his first homer, a two-run shot from the right side of the plate, and then pushed across another run in the subsequent frame with a triple to the opposite field.
In his final at-bat of the game, Tucker, batting left-handed, deposited a 1-0 offering over the wall in right-center field for his second deep fly of the contest.
The home runs were Tucker's first two of the season, and he's now matched the total he posted in each of his previous three years in the Minors. This year, however, he's achieved the feat in just 34 games, thanks to his first career mutli-homer performance on Friday.

Tucker's seven RBIs, meanwhile, matched the Marauders' franchise record.
A first-round Draft pick (No. 24 overall) in 2014, Tucker missed parts of his first two full-season campaigns due to injuries. He's fully healthy this year, however, and putting up good numbers as a result.
Through 33 games, Tucker is batting .285/.369/.423 with 12 extra-base hits and a Minor Leagues-leading 24 stolen bases.
