Dyson injured, could miss 2 weeks or more

Jarrod Dyson is projected to be the Royals' starting right fielder, but Wednesday's injury will set him back.

SURPRISE, Ariz. -- Royals outfielder Jarrod Dyson, expected to be the team's Opening Day right fielder, left Wednesday's Cactus League opener against the Rangers after two innings because of a strained right oblique.
Royals manager Ned Yost said after the game that Dyson was on his way to get an MRI.
"We'll know more in the morning," Yost said.
But Yost did concede that it was likely Dyson would miss at least two weeks.
Dyson grounded out to second base in the second inning and appeared to run gingerly toward first. He was removed after that inning.
Yost said Dyson injured the oblique during the at-bat.
