Today's full schedule of Major League games includes seven day games and starts from the Mets' Jacob deGrom and Giants ace Johnny Cueto, who was named to his second National League All-Star team on Tuesday.
The Indians and Tigers get things going this afternoon in a matchup of American League Central contenders, while Cueto and the first-place Giants tangle with the Rockies tonight in the final game of the day.

Here's what to watch for today in the Majors (all times ET):
Division rivals clash: DET@CLE, 12:10 p.m.
Josh Tomlin (9-1, 3.21 ERA) starts for the first-place Indians in the finale of a three-game series against the Tigers, who will counter with Michael Fulmer (8-2, 2.17). In three starts against Detroit this year, Tomlin is 3-0 with a 2.61 ERA over 20 2/3 innings. Fulmer has won seven of eight decisions since a loss to the Indians on May 5, when the rookie allowed five runs on 10 hits in five innings at Progressive Field.
Stat that matters: Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera is 8-for-22 (.364) lifetime against Tomlin with one double, one home run and four RBIs.

deGrom faces Marlins: MIA@NYM, 1:10 p.m.
deGrom (4-4, 2.62) takes the mound for the Mets this afternoon as they wrap up a three-game series with the Marlins, who will start left-hander Justin Nicolino (2-4, 5.34). deGrom won his last start on Friday against the Cubs to snap a streak of 10 starts without a win. He's yet to face Miami this year and has historically been dominant at Citi Field, where he is 14-9 with a 2.00 ERA in his career. Nicolino faces the Mets for the second time in just over a month. The lefty started against New York on June 4, allowing two runs on nine hits in 5 1/3 innings in a no-decision.
Stat that matters: deGrom has made eight consecutive starts with six or more strikeouts, tied for the third-longest streak in MLB.

Cueto goes for Giants: COL@SF, 10:15 p.m.
Cueto (12-1, 2.57) has been brilliant in his first season with the Giants and a win tonight would give him the most in the National League. Cueto is also tied for the Major League lead with three complete games and tied for second with two shutouts. Most importantly, the Giants are 15-2 when Cueto starts. The Rockies will counter with Jorge De La Rosa (5-5, 5.98). The lefty has been solid in four starts since returning to the rotation following a bullpen fix-up, going 3-1 with a 2.25 ERA.
Stat that matters: Rockies slugger Carlos Gonzalez is 7-for-23 (.304) lifetime against Cueto with one double, one homer and six RBIs.
