Team to watch
Other affiliates have more Top 30 members than the Reno Aces do, but it's hard to ignore the pitching staff assembled at the highest rung of the organizational ladder. The rotation is led by the top two prospects in the system, Braden Shipley and Archie Bradley. It also includes newcomer Tyler Wagner (more below). If the big league staff is in the need of an arm, there will be plenty to choose from here.

New faces
The D-backs got Tyler Wagner (No. 10) in a trade with the Brewers in January. Wagner, who came with Jean Segura from Milwaukee in return for Aaron Hill, Chase Anderson and Isan Diaz, will make his organizational debut with Triple-A Reno.
On the shelf
Lefty Cody Reed had a blister issue this spring and will likely head to Kane County by the end of the month. Reliever Ryan Burr should start his first full season of pro ball in Visalia shortly after being slowed by a minor groin aggravation. Tyler Mark, the D-backs' sixth-round pick in last year's Draft, could join Reed in Kane County toward the end of the month after dealing with a slight groin pull as well. Jose Martinez will also be part of the Cougars' pitching staff once he comes back from back spasms.
