Proceeds from sweepstakes to benefit Alex Cora's Hurricane Maria relief efforts in Puerto Rico

In support of Boston Red Sox Manager Alex Cora and his continuing efforts to provide relief to victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, the Red Sox Foundation and Louisville Slugger® are offering a chance to win one limited-edition Red Sox World Series Louisville Slugger baseball bat autographed by members of the 2018 championship Boston Red Sox team. This very special bat is No. 1 of 2,018 limited-edition baseball bats produced by Louisville Slugger in celebration of the 2018 World Series Champions.

"This bat is truly one-of-a-kind," says Louisville Slugger Brand Manager Joey Nowak. "In partnership with the Red Sox Foundation, we were able to get the bat signed by members of the Red Sox's ninth World Series Championship team and create an autographed bat sweepstakes to benefit hurricane victims. It's an opportunity for fans to make a positive impact while also getting a chance to win an incredible piece of memorabilia that will make them the envy of Red Sox fans everywhere."

Eligibility, How & When to Enter
The Red Sox Foundation Louisville Slugger Autographed Bat Sweepstakes officially begins at 10:00 a.m. EST on Monday, January 7, 2019, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, January 20, 2019. It is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, or older, as of the date of entry. No purchase is necessary to win.

There are two ways to enter: 1.) by donating online via RedSox.com/win. Fans will receive entries into the sweepstakes as a gift for their respective donation (1 entry for $10, 2 entries for $20, 5 entries for $50, 10 entries for $100); 2.) by U.S. Mail, without a donation. Send entries postmarked by January 21, 2019 to: Red Sox Foundation, Inc., 4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215.

Puerto Rico's Corporacion Milagros del Amor to Benefit from Donations
The Red Sox Foundation will use the proceeds from this sweepstakes to award a grant to Corporacion Milagros del Amor, a charitable organization recommended by Red Sox Manager Alex Cora whose hometown is Caguas, Puerto Rico. CorMa serves the homeless individuals and families in Puerto Rico who, as a result of Hurricane Maria, are in a situation of great need. Every day CorMa impacts more than 200 people with water, ready-to-eat food and basic necessities. For more information, visit cormapr.org/.

Selection of Winner
The winner of the Red Sox Foundation Louisville Slugger Autographed Bat will be selected via a random drawing, from among all entries received, on Sunday, January 27, 2019, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST. The drawing will take place one week following the end of the sweepstakes to allow for mail-in entries to be received. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Following the drawing, the winner will be notified by the Red Sox Foundation via email and telephone on Sunday, January 27, 2019.
