#FuturePadres Baseball & Softball Program
The Padres' commitment to youth baseball and softball continues in 2023 with the #FuturePadres initiative, a signature youth baseball and softball program presented by UC San Diego Health with support from US Bank. Since 2012, the Padres have donated more than 175,000 jerseys, caps and headbands to the region's youth players.
Here are some fun facts from 2023:
- 61 leagues supported
- Participation from more than 2,000 teams
- More than 20,000 jerseys, caps and headbands provided free of charge to little leagues, pony and softball leagues in San Diego County
