The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have recalled LHP THOMAS PANNONE from Triple-A Buffalo and he will be active for tonight’s game. To make room on the 25-man roster, RHP JACOB WAGUESPACK has been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo.
