The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have reinstated RHP JACOB WAGUESPACK from the 10-day injured list and he will be active for tonight’s game. To make room on the 25-man roster, RHP SEAN REID-FOLEY has been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo.
