The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have announced the following roster moves prior to tonight’s game:

• 1B JUSTIN SMOAK placed on the 10-day injured list with left quad strain, retroactive to June 15, 2019.

• RHP EDWIN JACKSON placed on the 10-day injured list with lower back strain.

• OF BILLY MCKINNEY and RHP JUSTIN SHAFER have been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game.
