CUBS ANNOUNCE 2020 SPRING TRAINING SCHEDULE

CHICAGO – Major League Baseball and the Chicago Cubs today announced their tentative 2020 Spring Training schedule, which begins on Saturday, February 22 at Sloan Park with the club’s home opener against the Oakland Athletics and concludes against the San Diego Padres at Sloan Park on Monday, March 23.

The club’s tentative 32-game schedule includes 17 games at Sloan Park and 15 Cactus League road games. Additional games may be added in the future. 

The Cubs and White Sox play twice next spring – Friday, March 6 in Mesa and Friday, March 13 in Glendale. The Cubs will host the Colorado Rockies on St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17.

Individual game tickets for the 2020 Chicago Cubs home spring training games at Sloan Park will go on sale Saturday, January 11 at 11 a.m. CT at the Sloan Park ticket office, on www.cubs.com or by calling 1-800-THE-CUBS. For season ticket and group ticket information please visit www.sloanpark.com or call 1-800-THE-CUBS.
