MIAMI – The Miami Marlins and Miami-Dade County Animal Services look for a home run on Sunday, July 14, with the eighth annual Adopt-O-Mania at Marlins Park. Hundreds of adoption-ready cats and dogs will be available on the West Plaza, beginning at 9 a.m.
Miami-Dade County Animal Services has waived adoption fees; adopters will only be responsible for the $30 licensing fee applicable for dogs four months or older. The first 150 guests who adopt will receive two complimentary ticket vouchers, each redeemable for one ticket to any weekday home game during the 2019 season.
Guests who adopt a dog are able to utilize the vouchers to attend that Sunday’s game with their new best friend. First pitch between the Miami Marlins and New York Mets is set for 1:10 p.m.
