BOSTON, MA – Prior to tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays, the Boston Red Sox placed right-handed pitcher Zack Godley on the 10-day injured list (retroactive to September 7) with a right elbow flexor strain. To fill Godley’s spot on the active roster, the club recalled left-handed pitcher Matt Hall from the Alternate Training Site.
