MONDAY, MAY 27

MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCES
In observance of Memorial Day, all Orioles uniformed personnel will wear a Memorial Day patch on the side of their caps and a “Lest We Forget” poppy patch on their jerseys for Monday’s 1:05 p.m. ET game against Detroit.

The Orioles will welcome GRIFFIN WILD, member of the University of Lynchburg baseball team, to throw out the ceremonial first pitch in honor of his brother, fallen hero Lance Corporal WILLIAM TAYLOR WILD IV. The U.S. Marine Color Guard will present the colors and Sergeant First Class RANDY WIGHT of The United States Army Field Band will sing the national anthem.

In addition, BROOKE NYREN will honor her father, fallen hero Staff Sergeant NATHANIEL NYREN, with her rendition of God Bless America during the seventh-inning stretch.

Prior to the performance of the national anthem, as well as at 3:00 p.m., the Orioles and Tigers will join Major League Baseball in pausing for the National Moment of Remembrance.

PINT GLASSES GIVEAWAY: The first 20,000 fans 21 and over in attendance on Monday will receive a set of two Orioles Outdoor Pint Glasses, presented by Sam Adams.

CHEVY ALUMNI AUTOGRAPH SERIES
Every Monday and Thursday home game, former Orioles players will sign autographs as part of the Orioles Alumni Autograph Series. BILL HUNTER, JOHN MILLER, and TIM NORDBROOK will be on hand to meet fans and sign autographs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Eutaw Street inside Gate H next to Chevy’s car activation location as part of the Chevy Alumni Autograph Series.

TUESDAY, MAY 28

FREDERICK KEYS PROSPECT VISIT
The Orioles will welcome top prospects from the Class A-Advanced Frederick Keys, right-handed pitchers BLAINE KNIGHT and CODY SEDLOCK to Oriole Park on Tuesday night. Knight and Sedlock will attend batting practice, visit with the current Major League team, and speak with media at approximately 6:15 p.m. in the Press Box.

PREGAME CEREMONY: Baltimore City Baseball and Softball Champions The Orioles will recognize the winners of the Baltimore City Public High School Baseball and Softball Championships during a pregame ceremony on Tuesday. Earlier this month, the Baltimore City College baseball team defeated the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, and the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute softball team defeated Edmondson-Westside High School to become City champions.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 29

BARK AT ORIOLE PARK
Fans who purchased a now sold-out special ticket package will be bringing their dogs to Oriole Park when the Orioles host the first of two “Bark at Oriole Park” events this season on Wednesday. Each dog will receive an Orioles plush toy bat upon entry. Five dollars from every ticket sold benefits the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter, Inc. (BARCS). WBAL-TV Channel 11 will serve as the media partner for the event. CAMDEN, WBAL’s ‘Puppy with a Purpose,’ who is training to become a service dog for disabled veterans or first responders with America’s VetDogs, will deliver the ceremonial first pitch balls to WBAL anchors MINDY BASARA and JASON NEWTON. CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH
The Orioles will welcome the Mayor of La Vega, Dominican Republic, KELVIN CRUZ, to throw out a ceremonial first pitch prior to Wednesday night’s game. Current Orioles JONATHAN VILLAR and GABRIEL YNOA are the first La Vega natives to play Major League Baseball on the same team together.

THURSDAY, MAY 30

BROOKS ROBINSON HIGH SCHOOL ALL-STAR GAME PRESS CONFERENCE
The Orioles will host a press conference for the 38th Annual Brooks Robinson High School All-Star Game at Oriole Park on the sixth floor of the Warehouse beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30. Orioles Legend and Baseball Hall of Famer BROOKS ROBINSON will be on hand at the press conference welcoming those players and coaches from across the state of Maryland who have been selected to participate in the game. The Brooks Robinson High School All-Star Game will take place at Oriole Park on Sunday, June 2, following the Orioles’ 1:05 p.m. game against the San Francisco Giants and Kids Run the Bases.
