Home to Major League Baseball's Houston Astros, Daikin Park opened in 2000, and served as a host site for the World Baseball Classic for the first time in 2026.
The first round at Daikin Park featured Pool B teams -- Brazil, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, and 2023 runner-up and 2017 champion United States. Daikin Park also hosted the quarterfinals in 2026.
