How many Holiday Packs can I purchase?

  • A maximum of eight Holiday Packs can be purchased per person, pending availability.

What seating locations are available?

  • Holiday Packs are available in the following seating areas:

    • Terrace Reserved Infield (200 level)
    • Upper Box Infield (300 level)
    • Upper Reserved Infield (400 level)
    • Bleachers

    How can I gift and transfer my vouchers?

    • Vouchers can be transferred through your “My Cubs Tickets” account. A certificate can be downloaded and printed by clicking here.

    How can I view my vouchers and redeem for games and seats?

    • Vouchers can be redeemed through your “My Cubs Tickets” account. Please note your login information will be the same as the username and password you used when purchasing your vouchers.

    Can I add additional tickets when redeeming vouchers?

    • You will be able to purchase additional tickets when redeeming your vouchers.

    When can I redeem my Opening Day vouchers?

    • In February 2024, fans with vouchers will receive further instructions on how to redeem their vouchers for game tickets. Voucher holders will have the opportunity to select their seats for Opening Day starting in February, prior to single game tickets going on sale to the general public. Exact seat locations are not guaranteed until vouchers are redeemed.

    When can I redeem my vouchers to select games?

    • Select game vouchers also can be redeemed beginning in February 2024. Select game vouchers have the flexibility to be redeemed any time prior to the start of the game of interest, pending availability.

    Can I redeem my Opening Day vouchers for other games?

    • No, Opening Day vouchers can only be redeemed for the Cubs game on Monday, April 1, 2024.

    How many vouchers can I redeem per game?

    • Opening Day vouchers: You are eligible to redeem the number of vouchers purchased. For example, if you purchased two Holiday Packs, you are eligible to redeem two vouchers for Opening Day.

    • Select game vouchers:

      • You have the flexibility to redeem anywhere from one to a maximum of eight select game vouchers to any available game.
      • Select game vouchers can be redeemed for any combination of games. For example, if you have two voucher packs (six select game vouchers), you could redeem all of them for six tickets to one game or two tickets each to three different games.

      Are my vouchers refundable?

      • All Holiday Pack purchases are nonrefundable.
