Do I need tickets for Capital One All-Star Village?
Yes, all guests will need a ticket to enter. To get yours, visit the Capital One All-Star Village ticket page.
What is the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One (ASXP)?
The All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One is a program that allows fans to use their phone to scan QR codes at various attractions throughout Capital One All-Star Village. Scan these codes to check in and to enter to win prizes and share moments via social media with friends and family. You can also make reservations for free autographs from MLB Legends, participate in youth clinics and check out the latest in MLB Gaming.
Where can I find the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One?
The ASXP can only be found on the Philadelphia Phillies page of the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app from your device’s App Store.
Do I need to register for the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One?
Yes. All fans 18 and older wishing to participate in the ASXP must register. Registration is quick and easy!
Open the MLB Ballpark app. If you do not have Ballpark, or if you need to update your version, please download it from your device’s App Store.
Tap the team selector in the bottom bar and select Philadelphia Phillies. Note, if you haven’t previously selected a team in the app, look for the MLB Batter icon.
Tap on the Capital One All-Star Village pass tile from the Phillies team page.
Tap on the My All-Star Experience tile.
Register by filling out the required and optional information. Be sure to register using the same email as your Ballpark account.
A QR code will display on the screen after you have completed registration. This code will also be emailed to you.
I’ve registered for the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One. Now what?
Once registered, it’s time to join the FanScan fun! Open your device’s camera and make your way around Capital One All-Star Village. You will find FanScan QR codes at participating partners’ spaces. Each time you spot a FanScan QR code, use the camera to scan the FanScan QR code you’ve found. Each time you successfully scan a code, you’ll unlock a badge from that partner. The more badges you unlock, the bigger and better the prizes will be. Try to scan them all!
Where can I see the available badges?
All badges, locked and unlocked, can be found by tapping on the My All-Star Experience tile on the Philadelphia Phillies page in Ballpark. From there, tap on the “Badges” tile. The badges you haven’t unlocked appear in gray. Once you scan at a partner successfully, the badge will change colors.
A photo or video was taken at a partner’s space. Where can I see it?
All photos and videos can be found in the “Photos & Videos” section of the ASXP.
What do I need a reservation for?
Reservations are available each day for fans to:
Meet MLB Legends and get free autographs.
Participate in youth clinics taught by former softball stars, MLB Youth Ambassadors and notable names in youth baseball.
Check out the latest in MLB Gaming.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations open each day of Capital One All-Star Village at 9 a.m. ET. Note that each reservation type has a limit to the number of sessions you can book per day as well as the number of guests you can bring with you.
Once reservations have opened for the day:
Tap on the “Reservations” tile on the All-Star Experience page in the Ballpark app.
Tap the “Make Reservations” button.
Select the session you would like to attend and the total number of guests in your party.
Be sure to tap “Finish Reserving”.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Be sure to save this email.
What do I need a QR code for?
Your QR code serves as proof you’ve registered for the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One. Show your code to an Experience Team member who will give you a hand stamp that allows you to effortlessly participate in activities throughout your time at Capital One All-Star Village.
You’ll also show your QR code to an Experience Team member when it’s time for your confirmed reservation(s). They will scan this code before you enter the queue.
Show your QR code at the Prize Redemption booth when you’ve received notification that you have won a prize.
Is the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One the same as the Ballpark app?
No. The All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One can be found within the MLB Ballpark app.
Do I need to download the Ballpark app?
To access the All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One, you will need to download the MLB Ballpark app. This will allow you to make reservations, participate in waiver-required activities, engage in the FanScan scavenger hunt and more!
What if I do not have a smartphone?
While it is highly recommended you have the Ballpark app, if you do not have a smartphone, you won’t be left out of the fun! Our team will be on-site for in-person registration. Head over to the information booths at Capital One All-Star Village to complete your registration. Please note that without a smartphone, you will not be able to enjoy all of the benefits and features the MLB All-Star Experience Pass presented by Capital One has to offer.
