Capital One PLAY BALL PARK provides various activities throughout the show that allow fans to swing for the fences, showcase their pitching velocity, steal bases, take photos with MLB Trophies, and train like the pros. All these areas need support to help fans picking the right equipment, ensuring safety precautions, and assisting with activating the overall interactive.

The All-Star Experience Team is your opportunity to showcase your passion for baseball to fans visiting Seattle for MLB All-Star Week. Being part of the Experience Team is a great opportunity to work at Capital One PLAY BALL PARK, an indoor and outdoor fan event in downtown Seattle. Just like the name says, we are looking for individuals to provide a positive ALL-STAR EXPERIENCE to all fans in attendance. Here are some of the roles you would be assigned being part of the All-Star Experience Team.

The Experience Team will strive to provide a positive experience for fans in attendance. To help with this experience fans will be supported throughout the event to help them in various areas. Fans will need assistance with wayfinding, signing up for various activities, promotional giveaways, amenities support such as locating the quiet room and nursing room, and most importantly helping fans signup for the All-Star Experience Pass which is a tool that provides the ultimate guest experience for fans.
Legends Appearances

Throughout the day at Capital One PLAY BALL PARK, fans have the opportunity to meet some of the greatest baseball and softball players to play the game. Legends make appearances at autograph stages, fan photo opportunities, participate in clinics, and fan question and answer sessions. In this role, the Experience Team will assist with the various line-ups, help with the photo opportunities, and provide assistance where needed during the appearances. These popular areas at Capital One PLAY BALL PARK provide the ultimate memorable moment for fans in attendance.
MLB Draft

Get ready to shine on national television as an MLB Super-Fan! We invite a limited number of high-energy, baseball-crazy fans Experience Team members to attend the MLB Draft on Sunday, July 9th and be part of our reserved, super-fan audience section. The television cameras and microphones will be pointing in your direction at various times throughout the first round, so be ready to cheer, clap, and represent your favorite teams as super-fans at this yearās historic player selection Draft.
Major League Baseball is looking for individuals to join the All-Star Experience Team to help with the various areas above at Capital One PLAY BALL PARK. Below are items you will receive for being part of the program:

Steps to Become a Member of the All-Star Experience Team
- Fill out the online application form
- Attend a virtual information session
- Pass the background check to the satisfaction of Major League Baseball
- Select event opportunities
- Attend an Experience Team training session
- Enjoy MLB All-Star Week Experience Team program
All All-Star Experience Team members must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of their online registration and will be required to sign a release of liability, waiver of class or collective action claims, agreement to arbitrate claims and eligibility form. In addition, all applicants are subject to background checks. By continuing to complete and submit this registration form, you hereby agree to be subject to a background check in order to determine your eligibility to be an All-Star Experience Team member.

Applicants will be invited to create a profile in our Experience Team Application and to attend a virtual information session.
Following the information session, applicants will be notified of acceptance and sent a link to select your opportunity/role preferences.
June - July
Atrium (employer of record) will initiate pre-employment paperwork including background check and payroll documentation. Once onboarding is complete, you will receive your confirmed schedule and orientation information.
