The Cubs Charities Diamond Project expands opportunities for children to play baseball and softball by supporting the refurbishment and maintenance of playing fields, growing leagues and providing equipment.

The 2026 Diamond Project capital grant application process will be divided into two parts:

1. Interested parties are invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI), which will trigger an initial project screening by the Diamond Project capital grant selection committee and others.
2. Organizations invited to submit full proposals will be contacted at the end of June regarding next steps.

To begin the 2026 Diamond Project capital grant application process, please complete and submit this Letter of Inquiry (LOI) by May 15, 2026.
