Benefits of mobile ticketing include:

  • It is a convenient, secure way for Spring Training Season Ticket Holders to use and share Cubs tickets, allowing easy ticket management and entry into games at Sloan Park using a mobile device;
  • Season tickets will be available to Spring Training Season Ticket Holders earlier than past seasons;

For Spring Training Season Ticket Holders, we offer season ticket parking passes in the Red Reserved Lot at a rate of $10 per game. If you are interested in purchasing a season ticket parking pass for the 2020 season, please email us at mesa@cubs.com to be placed on a waiting list. After the renewal process is completed, any remaining passes will be made available to members on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.

New this year, season ticket parking passes will be offered exclusively as mobile passes via the free MLB Ballpark app, if applicable.

There is a maximum of four seats per new Spring Training season ticket account, pending availability. We expect to have the majority of seating inventory available in the Infield Box, Bullpen Reserved, Infield Reserved, Outfield Reserved and General Admission Lawn.

Full payment for your Spring Training season tickets will be required upon selection of your seats. Payment must be applied online through your "My Cubs Tickets" account.

We accept Mastercard (preferred by the Chicago Cubs), Visa, Discover and American Express.

You may use up to five different credit cards when submitting your payment online using your "My Cubs Tickets" account, but they must all be applied at the same time. If one or more cards are declined, the transaction will not be processed on any of the cards.

Full payment for your Spring Training season tickets will be required upon selection of your seats. Payment must be applied online through your "My Cubs Tickets" account. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact us at 480-668-0500 or mesa@cubs.com.

Fans are prohibited from bringing the following items into Sloan Park:

  • Alcohol
  • Baseball bats
  • Bags (exceeding 16" x 16" x 8")
  • Brooms
  • Cans and glass containers (including aerosol sunscreen)
  • Drones
  • Folding chairs (All fans seated on the outfield berm must be seated directly on the grass or a blanket. No chairs are allowed.)
  • Hard-sided coolers
  • Illegal drugs
  • Inflatables (such as beach balls)
  • Laser pointers
  • Nets
  • Noise makers
  • Non-factory sealed plastic containers
  • Selfie sticks
  • Soda and other beverages (Water in an unopened plastic bottle is permitted.)
  • Thermoses
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons

Please note the list of prohibited items may vary throughout the season. We encourage fans to visit the Sloan Park page for the most up-to-date ballpark information.

For those wanting to sit in the shade, most Infield Reserved seats are shaded throughout the game. As the game progresses, many Infield Box seats become shaded as well as Outfield Reserved seats. Fans can also find shade on the Budweiser Rooftop.

Create a lasting memory at your next Cubs Spring Training game with a personalized, custom message on the Sloan Park video board. Proceeds from custom messages help fund Cubs Charities' Diamond Project, which aims to expand baseball and softball opportunities for all Chicago children and youth by engaging kids with skilled coaches, quality programming and providing safe and accessible places to play the game.

Sloan Park gates open two hours before the scheduled start time of the game. There are four designated gates at Sloan Park. Their locations are as follows:

Center Field Gate - North side of the facility
Right Field Gate - Southeast side of the facility
First Base Gate - South side of the facility
Home Plate Gate - Southwest side of the facility

The official Cubs Team Store is located near our Right Field Gate.

2020 tour dates will be announced soon! Please visit www.sloanpark.com for the most up-to-date tour information and schedule throughout the season.

Though practice times vary on non-gamedays, they often begin at 9 a.m. and run until approximately 12:30 p.m.

Fields 3-6 on the far west side of the complex have open access to the public and are great places to watch batting practice and other workouts. Parking is available adjacent to these fields. On workout-only days, parking is free.

The first workout for pitchers and catchers will take place in mid-February.

Following the successful implementation over the past few years at Wrigley Field, Spring Training season tickets will be offered exclusively as mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. This proven app provides a convenient, secure way for Spring Training Season Ticket Holders to use and share Cubs tickets, allowing easy ticket management and entry into games at Sloan Park using a mobile device.

We are happy to inform you by using the MLB Ballpark app your Spring Training season tickets will be available earlier than past seasons. Mobile ticketing also helps prevent lost or stolen tickets and ensures easy access to the correct ticket(s) for the game you are attending as well as up-to-date game time information.

Beginning this year, the Cubs are offering mobile ticketing for Spring Training games at Sloan Park through the MLB Ballpark app as the instant delivery option for fans and have eliminated the print-at-home method. The MLB Ballpark app is a secure and convenient way to instantly access Cubs tickets at Sloan Park via a mobile device and is free to download and use with an MLB.com account. We anticipate your mobile season tickets will be available beginning in January 2020. Tickets will automatically appear in the MLB Ballpark app when the app is downloaded and linked to your season ticket account. Visit www.cubs.com/sloanparkmobileticketing for more information.
