24 Huskers baseball players got stuck in an elevator, learned the TARDIS isn't real
24 Huskers baseball players got stuck in an elevator

Have you ever looked at a baseball field and thought to yourself, "Yes, this is perfect. But what if I wanted to create this in a smaller environment? What if I wanted to host a full game inside my apartment?"
Well, the Nebraska Huskers decided to test that viability on Tuesday when 24 of the team's players crammed into an elevator and were then trapped. Yes, that's right, 24 people in one elevator. I'm guessing the one player on the 25-man roster who was left off must have been the control variable.
Well just had 24 teammates stuck in an elevator....needless to say you can cross that off the bucket list!!!

Ever wonder what it's like to be stuck with a baseball team on an elevator? pic.twitter.com/xPM5Wmgp2W
- Tanner Lubach (@TannerLubach) May 19, 2015Unfortunately, for the designers of this experiment, there's no room for a ball or a field or any batters. Why, unless it was some kind of TARDIS, this is what the field would look like:

(For the record, that is supposed to be a very small, very smushed field.)
Doesn't look the team enjoyed their trip all that much either.
Play the elevator game they said. It will be fun they said. pic.twitter.com/eU91blBbyX
