A classical slugger: Prince Fielder selects Mozart for walk-up music

Some hitters use heavy metal. Others prefer Taylor Swift. But in 2013, Prince Fielder is going back in time for his walk-up tune -- 222 years to be exact.

The Tigers first baseman recently changed his entrance song to Mozart's "Requiem in D Minor," a powerful, 55-minute piece of music that fits Fielder's majestic swing and dramatic home runs.

"I liked the Batman sound, the superhero sound," Fielder told MLB.com's Jason Beck.

We always knew you were a superhero, Prince, but this just makes it official:
