A list of possible things Jake Peavy yelled at himself during the second inning of Game 2

What did Jake Peavy yell at himself during Game 2?

In the middle of the second inning of World Series Game 2 against the Royals, Jake Peavy threw a pitch in the dirt to Omar Infante. He then proceeded to apparently harangue himself.

Things weren't too bad at that exact moment -- Peavy had already retired Salvador Perez -- though Infante would eventually double and the Royals would take a 2-1 lead later that inning. But Peavy is certainly yelling something.

"He's entertaining, isn't he?" Fox broadcaster Tom Verducci said.

Sure, and Peavy is well-known for his habit of self-flagellation, but we want to know what, exactly, the Giants right-hander was saying last night.

The audio is darn near indecipherable, and because none of us at Cut4 are professional lip readers, this GIF isn't much help either:

Here at Cut4, however, we're fans of the ol' college try, so here is a list of things we think Peavy is maybe saying, possibly, but probably not.

"Come on, Peavy, get it together."

"You can throw a strike, you're Jake Peavy."

"The ball's not supposed to go in the dirt, you know that, it's supposed to go in the catcher's glove."

"You better throw this one straight, Jake. Or else."

"I don't even want to pitch anymore, what's the point."

"Never again am I throwing these blasted baseballs."

"Life is an endless string of futile, meaningless actions."

"We're all ants floating through space on a barren rock."

"Space is infinite and we are so, so small."

"To be, or not to be, that is the question--
Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them? To die, to sleep--
No more; and by a sleep, to say we end
The Heart-ache, and the thousand Natural shocks
That Flesh is heir to? 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep,
To sleep, perchance to Dream; Aye, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause."
