Alex Gordon tries to make sliding catch, breaks wall instead

During Wednesday's game against the Padres, Royals left fielder Alex Gordon slid into the wall chasing a ball off of Seth Smith's bat. The wall did not like being run into, so it fought back: 

Gordon shook off the collision just fine -- in the third inning, he doubled, then scored on Mike Moustakas' sac fly.
