The All-Star catchers are decked out in gold for this year's Midsummer Classic

The MLB All-Star Game presented by T-Mobile features the best of the best of the best -- thus, it can be tough for a single member of the All-Star roster to stand out among the crowd. As the saying goes: When everyone's super, no one is.
That can prove even more difficult for the catchers, who also have to spend a large portion of the game covered up with masks and armor behind home plate. Thankfully, this year's backstops have come up with a solution:

They're just your good friends Yadi and Salvy. Oh, and not to be outdone, A's catcher Stephen Vogt took the motif down to the leg protectors as well:

There are fireworks, musical acts, celebrities and baseball legends in the house at Great American Ball Park on Tuesday night -- if it's hard to shine in that group, why not shimmer?
