Aly Raisman talks about her magical summer and her hometown Red Sox at Fenway Park
I have to admit something. Aly Raisman is my favorite Olympian ever. Not only is she an incredible gymnast (just ask all those other gymnasts who didn't win gold in the floor routine) but she's also got major swag. I don't know, I guess I'm just a sucker for anyone who does their routine to Hava Nagila (the coolest rendition of it since my Bar Mitzvah -- though her moves were slightly better than mine. ONLY SLIGHTLY!).
I also don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. Just look at how enamored the Red Sox broadcast crew was when Raisman joined them in the booth on Saturday night. Aly was on hand for the Sox game along with some of her Olympic peers. While Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo were asking questions about her newfound fame, endorsement deals and the pressure of the Olympics, Raisman remained humble, saying how cool it was to be able to visit her favorite (and hometown) baseball team.
